Taras Tertychnyi has over 18 years of experience in cross-border transactions and dispute resolution work. Taras began his career as international arbitration and litigation lawyer in 2003. During the next 15 years, he represented Ukrainian and international companies in some of the biggest international disputes involving Ukrainian assets. He was involved in arbitration proceedings in the most prominent arbitration institutions and led or assisted international litigation teams in the courts of Ukraine, England, Germany, and several other jurisdictions. Since 2018, Taras has added international transaction work to his portfolio. He advised international and Ukrainian clients in loan, M&A, and joint venture transactions, conducted due diligence and provided business law advise on various matters of doing business in Ukraine and internationally. Taras also assists Ukrainian companies in establishing their businesses in foreign jurisdictions, including the US, Cyprus and other countries.

Olena has been practicing as both an in-house and outsourcing legal advisor starting 1994, the main areas of her practice to include construction and infrastructure development, land law, legal and tax structuring of foreign presence in Ukraine and support of Ukrainian operations (corporate, transactional and tax law, employment, safety, consumer protection, environment), national (Ukrainian commercial courts) and international (ICC, LMAA) commercial litigation. Olena also actively advised foreign and national companies in a number of projects financed by foreign institutions, such as EBRD (various infrastructure- related loans to Ukrainian municipalities, governmental authorities and private borrowers), Japanese Bank for International Co-Operation (loan to a Ukrainian state-owned company to finance a greenfield infrastructure project), Export Development Canada (loan to a Ukrainian state-owned company to finance state-owned silos’ renovation).
