Iryna Marushko, the managing partner of Marushko Law Office, has been appointed an independent member of the supervisory board of JSC Mahistralni Gazoprovody Ukrainy, a holding company of Ukraine’s national gas pipeline operator.
The new independent members of the board were appointed by the Order of the Ministry for Energy of Ukraine on 5 October 2021. Out of five members of the board, three members are independent members selected by a nomination committee (Huberte Bettonville, also elected as the Chairwoman, Jan Chadam, and Iryna Marushko) and two are the representatives of the state (Tetyana Fedorova, also elected as the Deputy Chairwoman, and Viktor Pynzenyk).
Iryna Marushko will also chair the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board.
Upon her appointment, Iryna continues to be involved in serving clients and running the business of Marushko Law Office, with due regard to all applicable conflict of interest regulations.
